Making A Purchase
Ordering with us couldn't be easier. You can pay securely online using a credit or debit card. You can also order online and call us with your card details or send a cheque or postal order. Alternatively the Get Knitted team are also here to take your orders by phone and chat through your yarn requirements. Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from outside the UK, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency. We only accept payment in UK Sterling.
We accept Visa, Mastercard and Maestro. Your order will de depatched as soon as possible (usually within 48 hours if everything is in stock) and any out of stock items wil be sent on as soon as possible. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, post or over the Internet, although this is at your own risk. Please note if you pay with a card "Viridian" will appear on your statement, not Get Knitted.
Delivery Schedule
We aim to deliver your order right away. Our target is to despatch your order within 48 hours of you placing it, provided everything is in stock. Where an item is out of stock the rest of your order will be sent on and you will be contacted about the back order. You will not be charged any extra postage charge for items sent seperately. International orders are generally received in under 14 days.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be contacted with the option to cancel or alter your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free and you should click the exempt button to reduce VAT to zero .Prices are shown including vat.
Credit Card Security
All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our payment system. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

We do not disclose buyers' information to third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option.
Returns Policy
You have the right to cancel an order within seven days of receipt of the goods. Should you wish to cancel your purchase within seven days, please contact us. Providing that unwanted goods are received back to us in unused, unopened and resaleable condition within seven days of delivery, we will refund payment for the goods. Orders placed by credit or debit card from this web site will be refunded directly to your credit or debit card. Orders placed by other means will be refunded by cheque. These refunds will be made within 30 days of return of goods. We cannot accept liability for returned goods lost or damaged during transit. You are advised to wrap the product carefully to avoid damage. You are also advised to return goods by recorded delivery, registered post, or by courier. Proof of postage will not be accepted as proof of delivery. Please remember to give us your name and address, and a copy of your purchase receipt. The cost of returning goods will be borne by you. In the unlikely event that you receive damaged goods, or items are missing from your parcel, please notify us within 7 days of receipt and goods will be redispatched on return of faulty items.
Remittance Terms
If you choose to pay online (through Worldpay) full payment is taken at the time of placing the order.
