Ordering with us couldn't be easier. You can pay securely online using your credit or debit card. If you prefer, you can order online and call us with your card details or send a cheque or postal order.
Alternatively our staff are also here to take your orders by phone and chat through your yarn requirements.

We attempt to process orders within 2 working days of receiving them, Monday to Friday. Although we hold a huge stock, we cannot guarantee to have every item, so any items that are out of stock will be back ordered and sent to you when they arrive with us. We will always attempt to contact you if this is the case.

For UK delivery p&p is free on orders over £50.00. For orders up to £10.00, p&p is £2.00, for orders between £10.00 and £50.00 p&p is £4.00.
Overseas p&p is calculated in your shopping basket and varies from country to country.
VAT is deducted for orders outside the EU.
